Job scams happen. We put together a safety page on the jobs board that shows workers what to look for. Too-good-to-be-true pay. Asking for money upfront. Vague job descriptions. We list the red flags and explain why they matter.
When a post looks like a scam, we flag it. Workers see a warning and know to be careful. We also block the worst ones before they go live.
It's not perfect. But it keeps the board safer and teaches people what to watch for. A scam is easier to spot when you know what it looks like.
