You need to hire someone. You go to our jobs board, post the job, and you don't pay. One free post. No credit card. No sign-up fees. Just post it and start getting applications from people in the Coastal Bend who actually want to work.

We check every post for spam and fraud, same as we do for paid posts. Your job gets seen. We just don't charge you for the first one. After that, posts are cheap, but the first one's on us.
